PURCHASE PROCESS

By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart. You can also read all the information, all the ingredients they contain and the comments from other customers. They will surely be of great help to you!

INFORMATION ON NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Delivery times for National Shipments

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with deliveries within 24/72 working hours on the Peninsula. Periods of launches, promotions or campaigns are excluded, in which these delivery times are not guaranteed.
For orders in the Canary and Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 48/72 hours.
In addition, shipments are always free!
How does shipping work and what should I do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and if at the time of delivery you are absent, the branch that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent for the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so you can pick it up at the agency. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at info@gold-tree-cosmetics.com so that we can provide you with the contact information or help with whatever is necessary.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

For shipments to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovenia, Estonia, Slovakia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Andorra, Monaco, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland the estimated delivery time is 72/96 business hours.
For shipments to France, Portugal and Italy, 48/72 business hours.

HOLIDAYS

On regional and national non-working days, our logistics center does not prepare orders. As well as on Saturdays and Sundays. On holidays, the delivery time is 72/96 business hours. Delivery time, are only counted as working days; Monday to Friday.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Bank Card: if you select payment by card, payment for your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express.
PayPal: to purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click on COMPLETE ORDER. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with payment.
Cash on Delivery: orders made with cash on delivery must be paid in cash upon delivery of the order. This service is active in Spain, Italy and Portugal.

RETURNS

If you have not used your products, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box and within 60 calendar days from the day of receipt. Remember! If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the entire pack.
The return will always be free, except for the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom, which have customs. Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund or exchange for another product has been managed.

I have just made a purchase, but I want to cancel it. What can I do?

If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us as soon as possible through our email: info@gold-tree-cosmetics.com

If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the full purchase amount. On the other hand, if the order is already being processed or has been sent and is in the hands of the delivery company, you must follow the return process.
